Microprocessor Based Conductivity Transmitter C3436
This transmitter, powered by a voltage between 9 and 36 Vdc, provides an isolated 4-20 mA "current loop" analog output, an RS485 digital output and Modbus. The instrument uses 2 or 4 electrode conductivity cells (K = 0.1 - 0.5 - 1 - 10) and Pt100 RTD temperature sensors. The temperature coefficient and reference temperature are selectable by the operator. The calibration of the sensor and the configuration of thetransmitter can be done locally or remotely via the serialinterface. Its modularity, small size and the technology used make it suitable for measuring electrical conductivity in various process applications.
